1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context clearly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the 9koin platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which are strictly enforced:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 9koin operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. Where prohibited by applicable local law or regulation, access to the platform is not permitted.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• Self-exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either through 9koin's own responsible gaming tools or through any other gambling operator or regulatory body.
• Not an employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of 9koin or its affiliates are not permitted to hold member accounts or participate in promotions.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 9koin services, you must register a member account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

1. One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, different devices, or different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances forfeited.
2. Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Indonesian mobile number. You are obligated to keep this information current and accurate at all times.
3. Account security: You are solely responsible for choosing a strong, unique password and for maintaining its confidentiality. 9koin will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted under your credentials is your responsibility.
4. Non-transferable: Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise made available to any third party. Allowing another person to operate your account constitutes grounds for permanent closure.
5. Account closure: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed subject to completed KYC verification.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

9koin is committed to operating a secure, fraud-free platform. To that end, all members must complete identity verification before full withdrawal privileges are activated. KYC documentation may also be requested at any point during your membership if our compliance team identifies a need for verification.

Accepted KYC documents include a current Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), valid passport, or driver's licence (SIM). Proof of payment method — for example, a photograph of the bank card or a screenshot of the e-wallet account — may also be requested when a withdrawal is processed for the first time via that method.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by 9koin may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete. 9koin accepts no liability for delays in withdrawals caused by a member's failure to submit required KYC documents promptly.

5 Deposits

9koin accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 per transaction.
• No deposit fees: 9koin does not charge any fee on deposits. Any fee levied by your bank or e-wallet provider is the responsibility of the member.
• Crediting time: Bank transfers are typically credited to your 9koin balance within 30 seconds of the transaction being confirmed. E-wallet deposits are generally credited within 10 seconds.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing on behalf of another person, or using a payment method not registered in your own name, is strictly prohibited.
• Failed deposits: If a deposit is not credited within 15 minutes, please contact our 24/7 live chat support with your transaction reference number for manual resolution.

9koin reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, the funds will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any applicable processing costs.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified members are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the conditions below:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests for fully verified accounts are completed in under 3 minutes during normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• No withdrawal fees: 9koin does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are outside 9koin's control.
• Wagering obligations: Funds derived from bonuses may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full (see Section 7).
• KYC prerequisite: Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawals held pending document review. This is a one-time requirement for most members.
• Matched payment method: For anti-money-laundering compliance, withdrawals must be returned to the same bank account or e-wallet from which the most recent deposit originated. Where this is not possible, our compliance team will assist.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

9koin offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of each promotion:

1. Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 5x (five times) the combined deposit and bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Specific promotions may carry higher or lower wagering multipliers, which will be clearly communicated in the promotion's individual terms.
2. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to members who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. New member welcome bonuses are limited to one claim per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.
3. Contribution rates: Different game types contribute at different rates toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10%–20%; sports bets contribute 100% on pre-match markets with odds of at least 1.50. Specific rates are listed in each promotion's detail page.
4. Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated promotional window, and wagering requirements that are not completed within the validity period (typically 7 to 30 days from issuance), will be forfeited automatically without notice.
5. Bonus abuse: 9koin employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bets to exploit bonus terms, opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, colluding with other members, and systematically wagering on low-risk outcomes to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play. Any such conduct will result in forfeiture of the bonus, cancellation of derived winnings, and account suspension.
6. 9koin's discretion: 9koin reserves the right to modify, pause, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonus funds already credited to a member's account at the time of modification.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the 9koin platform are governed by the specific product rules applicable to each game or market, which are accessible within the platform. The following general rules apply across all 9koin products:

• Confirmed bets are binding: Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the member. It is your responsibility to review all bet details — selection, stake, odds — before confirming.
• Insufficient balance: Bets that exceed your available account balance will be rejected. 9koin does not offer credit or margin facilities.
• Odds and pricing: 9koin reserves the right to correct any odds or prices that have been published due to a technical error. Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds may be voided, with the stake returned to the member's account.
• System and game errors: In the event of a platform malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game or bet, 9koin will apply the relevant game provider's fair-play policy. Where a definitive game outcome cannot be determined, the round will be voided and the stake returned.
• Sports results: Sportsbook markets are settled using results from official governing bodies (e.g., FIFA, PSSI for BRI Liga 1, BWF for badminton). In the event of a dispute over the official result, 9koin's decision is final.
• Mix parlay: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to win for the bet to pay out, unless the specific market rules state otherwise. A single void leg is typically treated as a win on a 1.00 multiplier.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 9koin platform. Any member found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance forfeited (where applicable), and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or scrape data from the platform.
• Opening or operating more than one member account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or criminal activity through the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors rather than reporting them to 9koin support.
• Colluding with other members in live casino or poker-style games.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account or to the platform's backend systems.
• Posting abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or defamatory content through any 9koin communication channel.
• Systematically exploiting voor bola (handicap line) discrepancies across multiple accounts or platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage abuse).

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 9koin platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software architecture, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 9koin or its licensed third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of 9koin. Any unauthorised use will result in immediate termination of your account licence and may give rise to legal claims.

12 Privacy & Data

Key data practices include: data is encrypted in transit using 256-bit SSL; personal data is never sold to third parties; data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by submitting a written request to our support team.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9koin's total aggregate liability to any member — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9koin shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Platform downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by the member's own bank or e-wallet provider.
• Any loss arising from the member's failure to maintain account security or promptly report unauthorised access.

Nothing in these Terms limits 9koin's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Amendments

9koin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via a notice displayed on the platform or by email to the address registered on your account, at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The version number and effective date at the top of this page reflect the most current revision. Archives of previous versions are available upon request by contacting our support team.

15 Governing Law

9koin is an internationally licensed gaming platform operating offshore. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 9koin holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with our support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body.
